Our team visits the property to assess scope. We take measurements, photos, and identify any structural or regulatory considerations.

2-3 weeks

Mood boards, layout options, material palettes. Two rounds of revisions included so it feels right before any work begins.

48 hours

Fixed-price quote covering design and build. Detailed scope of work, payment milestones, timeline, warranty terms.

8-24 weeks

Our build team executes. Weekly progress updates with photos. Single point of contact via WhatsApp.

1 week

Detailed walkthrough together. We address every snag before final handover. Deep clean. Keys handed over.

Ongoing

12-month warranty on workmanship. Quarterly check-ins. You're part of the Domanré family now.
